Week 1–8
Build Your Game Business, Not Just Your Game
In the first 8 weeks, we help founders build a scalable game business. Through hands-on masterclasses, workshops, and mentor sessions, we cover key topics including legal, AI, growth, monetization, pricing, player acquisition, live operations, backend scalability, marketing, and business strategy.
You’ll learn directly from experienced founders, operators, and industry experts from companies such as Blizzard, Activision, Valve, Unity, Microsoft, AWS, Xsolla, Heroic Labs, and more.
Every week, you’ll participate in expert-led masterclasses, while regular founder gatherings and networking sessions provide opportunities to learn from fellow founders, exchange ideas, and build meaningful industry connections.
Week 9-12
Investor & Publisher Readiness
The 2nd half is focused on preparing your company for funding. We work closely with you on your pitch deck, data room, financial model, cap table, legal structure, and investor or publisher narrative.
You’ll receive genuine feedback from gaming VCs and publishers, as well as warm introductions that lead to actual conversations and initial checks.
The program concludes with a high-impact Demo Day, where we bring together select VCs, publishers, and angels from across the global gaming ecosystem.

Once you’re in, you’re in. We stay by your side for as long as you need, whether you’re scaling your team, dominating your market, or raising your next round.
When the time comes, we help you prepare for your exit; M&A, strategic sale, or IPO. Our team has been through it before, and we’ll be there when it’s your turn.

No equity up front.
We don’t take equity simply for joining the program.
Instead, we work with each company to define a tailored agreement and a set of meaningful success milestones.
Only if those milestones are achieved after the program do we earn 5% equity.
If we don’t create value, we don’t expect ownership.
No board seats. No hidden fees. No long-term obligations.
We’re here to earn our stake, not to take it on day 1.
